Motif Stencils
The major difference between Decorating Masks and conventional stencils is simply that instead of painting through a shape onto a base colour to create the design, with a mask, the paint is applied over and around the shape which is then removed to reveal the colour beneath. The repeat patterns are created by the manipulation of a set of simple masks and spacing shapes. The motifs can be used both as conventional stencils and masks. Full instructions are included with the product.
